Rick Hoesing - President
After being a member of the very first graduating class from Mira Loma High School in Sacramento, Rick Hoesing joined the Air Force where he specialized in Electronics. Upon finishing his hitch in the Air Force he moved back to Sacramento where he went to work for a large appliance store.  During that time he attended American River College and earned his degree in Electronics. In 1969 he started RTV Electronics.  Back in those days it was a shop that worked on TV sets, Stereos, Roof Top  Antennas. As the world changed, so did the business.  Rick began to do more master antenna systems and some Burglar alarm systems.

Rick's wife, Judy Belle-Hoesing, had been working as a Crime Scene Investigator when she met Rick. She was tired of seeing the results of crime and wanted to do something to stop some of it. After Rick and Judy were married, her desire to help before the crimes were committed and Rick's knowledge in electronics led to a major change in RTV. RTV as you know it really began.

We specialize in custom burglar alarm systems and fire alarm systems. Home automation can be added to an alarm system with ease.  Judy is still the non-tech, so the house rule is that "if she can't run it, we don't install it".  Ease of use is a must. Rick runs the installs and service end of the business while Judy runs the office and sets the appointments. RTV has grown into a company that is proud to say:
